Jason brings over two decades of intellectual property and commercial law litigation experience, representing clients in trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, advertising, and e-commerce matters. He has particular expertise in developing brand protection strategies for Amazon sellers and other online businesses.

Jason has successfully handled high-stakes IP litigation, from trade secret and patent disputes to false advertising and defamation claims, achieving dismissals, settlements, and favorable outcomes for clients across industries. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience involving contracts, fraud, software, pharmaceuticals, and licensing.

Earlier in his career, Jason practiced at Latham & Watkins, where he litigated complex cases including a $100 million trade secrets matter. He now combines that big-firm experience with practical, hands-on counsel for businesses of all sizes.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where he was a national-class decathlete and co-captain of the track and field team, and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
